By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 55ji platform (the "Platform") available at https://55ji.vip, you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 55ji Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to access or use the 55ji Platform. Use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your continued acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an account on the 55ji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced by 55ji.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted for your personal use.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory directive prohibiting your participation in gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.

55ji reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including during the registration process, before processing any withdrawal, and during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 55ji will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 55ji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your address of residence.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 55ji will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (acceptable documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and mobile number).

55ji aims to complete KYC review within thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Complex cases or cases requiring additional documentation may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address or live chat.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55ji account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share, disclose, or transfer your account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

55ji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 55ji that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 55ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 55ji accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or failed to notify 55ji promptly upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.

55ji implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, device recognition, SMS-based two-factor authentication for unrecognized devices, and automatic session timeouts following periods of inactivity.

55ji accepts deposits via the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the Platform for a specific payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or anonymous payment sources — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.

55ji does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. 55ji is not responsible for any delays in crediting caused by your payment provider's own processing systems.

55ji reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment source.

Withdrawals from your 55ji account balance are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, except where 55ji has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the time the withdrawal request is approved by 55ji's finance team:

• GCash: 5–15 minutes (verified accounts)
• Maya: 10–20 minutes
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank via InstaPay: 15–45 minutes
• PesoNet bank transfer: Same business day for requests submitted before 2:00 PM PHT

55ji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents provided are insufficient or expired.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Active bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements are present in the account balance — withdrawals of bonus amounts prior to fulfilling wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.
• There is a technical issue or maintenance window affecting the relevant payment channel.

55ji may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and validity periods. These specific terms will be published on the promotion page and shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all 55ji bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be claimed if you have no other active bonus in your account at the time of claiming, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• 55ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification shall not adversely affect any bonus already being actively used by a player in compliance with the applicable terms at the time of modification.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, strategic betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds; not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — see the promotion-specific terms for the applicable game contribution table.

All games available on the 55ji Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface itself. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates directly to game-specific mechanics (e.g., payout structures, side bet rules), in which case the game rules shall prevail.

All non-live games on the 55ji Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG system and are not manipulable by 55ji or by players. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel.

Live casino games are operated by trained human dealers via live video stream. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a disputed outcome, the recording of the session is the definitive record. 55ji's decision on any game dispute is final, subject to the right of appeal set out in Section 17.

Bets placed on a game that malfunctions during play will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. 55ji does not accept liability for losses sustained due to game malfunctions beyond the return of the voided stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55ji Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated strategy with other players that disadvantages other users or the Platform.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities, whether discovered accidentally or deliberately sought.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the 55ji support team or other players in any way.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account or accessing the Platform through a third party.

55ji is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to preventing gambling-related harm. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment and never a financial strategy or a source of stress.

All registered 55ji players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your 55ji account. Increases to limits take effect after a 48-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you may sustain over a defined period. Once reached, further gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and the platform will log you out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot access the Platform or reverse the restriction.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from the 55ji Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and may be made permanent upon request. During self-exclusion, all accounts in your name will be closed and 55ji will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts.

Gambling should be fun — if it stops being fun, it's time to take a break.

55ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargebacks, disputed transaction, or reversal from a payment provider connected to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months — dormant accounts will be notified by email prior to closure; remaining balances will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited by 55ji. Where an account is closed by 55ji for administrative reasons unrelated to player conduct, the remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

All content on the 55ji Platform — including but not limited to the 55ji brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55ji or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of 55ji.

Any unauthorized use of 55ji's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55ji shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) interruptions to service; (b) game malfunctions; (c) errors in payout calculations subsequently corrected; (d) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment processors resulting in delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond 55ji's reasonable control.

In any case where 55ji is found liable, the total aggregate liability of 55ji to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 55ji account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

55ji collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

55ji is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 55ji, subject to the limitations set out in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

55ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 55ji will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of your real-money balance.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any game outcome, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact the 55ji support team via live chat or email. Most disputes can be resolved at this level within 24–48 hours. Our support agents have authority to review account history, game logs, and transaction records to assess your complaint.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction via direct contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. A senior member of the 55ji team will respond within five (5) business days with a final determination and the reasoning behind it.
3. Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the above steps, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
